Swimming in a 50m pool in the glorious sunshine, running in a beautiful nature reserve and biking on one of Europe’s most iconic islands. All amongst excellent company, with constant guidance and tailored training tips from our experienced triathlon coaches. Join as an individual, a group with friends or with members of your local triathlon club.

The camp takes place in the BEST Swim Centre in Colonia Sant Jordi (www.bestswimcentre.com) and is open for ambitious athletes of all levels. In each of the disciplines there will be different ability training groups, each under supervision of an Optimize coach and with a clear training goal in mind. All bike rides are guided and accompanied by a support car.

At the end of the camp, there is the opportunity to participate in the Olympic Triathlon of Mallorca, (www.mallorcatriathlon.com), individually or in a team.
