UGRA are top as women’s water polo comes to Mallorca
Russian side UGRA from Khanty Mansiysk won the 1st BEST Centre womens water polo tournament over the weekend. UGRA, LEN Cup runners-up, overcame spirited displays from Munster, London Penquins and local side C.N. Ciutat Palma.
Palma were the eventual runners up in a tournament that saw some excellent autumn weather at the BEST Centre. UGRA will now stay at the pool for another week to use the centre as a training site to kick start their season.
