In recent years we have recognised that for many clients, booking accommodation directly has been a more cost effective option. That is why, in 2021 we are simplifying our booking process to ensure clients receive the very best rates.

Over the last six months, we have worked closely with a number of accommodation providers in order to provide a wider, more diverse and more cost effective range of accommodation options than ever before.

In 2021, clients will now book their accommodation directly with their chosen accommodation provider, then apply our BEST Centre discount codes at the checkout to enjoy exclusive discounts not available to the general public. We believe this simple change will make booking, adjusting and paying for your accommodation easier and more straight forward. All accommodation enquiries will now be answered directly by accommodation provider, cutting out the middle man and improving communication channels immensely.

As well as accommodation, we have also changed a number of other components within our booking process.

Booking forms will now be filled in online, found on our website. After filling in the form, a deposit payment will be taken immediately, confirming your place on the camp. As explained above, accommodation is no longer handled by the BEST Centre, therefore your invoice will be for swimming alone, as well as any additional extras such as transfers or 1-1 lessons.

As usual, six weeks prior to the start of the camp, you will receive an invoice, detailing the remaining amount to be paid. At this stage, transfers can also be arranged.
