BEST gets the BEST for video masterclass
Jodi Cossor, the lead biomechanist for British Swimming, lead a hugely popular video analysis masterclass for swimmers aged 8 – 17 who were on a training week at the BEST Centre at the end of October.
Using the newly installed underwater video equipment, the swimmers had their strokes analysed by Jodi, with 1 to 1 and group feedback through the week.
Following the success of this week, the BEST Centre are in discussions with Jodi for another week of filming in 2011.
