GBR in top form heading to Europeans
The stars of the GBR disability swim team have been out in force in the last two weeks at the BEST Centre. The squad is in its final preparation cycle ahead of the European Championships in Berlin which start at the end of June.
The team is once again expected to be among the top performing nations and we look forward to seeing the results from Berlin next month.
The squad has come with the usual support staff including specialists in physiology, nutrition, strength and conditioning as well as the sports scientists testing out a new portable underwater filming system. The pictures captured are outstanding.
