French breaststroker Sophie De Ronchi is on her way to the Shanghai world championships.
De Ronchi was part of the elite swim team from Massy who came to the BEST Centre in February in preparation for the French Trials in Strasbourg this month.
The camp paid off as De Ronchi set a French record 1:07.97 in the 100m breaststroke to book her ticket to China. De Ronchi also picked up medals in the 50m breast and 200IM.
